ABOUT UNIFORMLY μ-PARACOMPACT SPACES

Abstract

In this work we introduce and study uniformly $\mu $-paracompact spaces. In particular, the following problem is solved: What are the uniform spaces which for any finitely-additive open cover $\lambda $ of power $\le \mu $ admit a uniformly continuous $\lambda $-mapping to some metrizable space?
