COMPARISON OF BINARY REGRESSION MODELS
FOR THE OUTCOME OF PEDIATRIC
LIVER TRANSPLANTATION

Abstract

In this paper we consider four models for binary regression analysis and their application to the prediction of lethal outcome in pediatric liver transplantation. We also compare the performance of the codes fitnlm and lsqcurvefit [#!MATLAB!#] used for this purpose.
